Kraus / Kitchen & Bath Industry Show
Experiential, Print, Video, Social
Kraus is a design-forward home brand offering kitchen and bath sinks, faucets, and accessories. The brand annually attends the Kitchen and Bath industry show, showcasing 100+ kitchen and bath products within a large-scale trade show booth. Over a 6 month planning period, the goal was to create a standout brand experience that would elevate Kraus's presence and create opportunities for product discovery, education, and retail engagement.
Role: Art Direction & Design
Director of Brand & Creative: Katya Palat
Exhibit Display Company: CenterPoint
Video Production: Cadesign Form
I shaped the creative vision around a bold, modern environment grounded in Kraus's signature black, with pops of color, greenery, and functional product displays. The space was designed to feel elevated and energetic while allowing visitors to explore the products firsthand.
an immersive Brand Experience
I led the creative direction for the brand experience, managing an external exhibit agency and guiding the visual execution across booth layout, materials, lighting, styling, and product displays. The booth featured distinct zones for Kraus’s key product categories, with a private lounge for retailer meetings and VIP events.
I also played a hands-on role during booth setup, overseeing the physical execution of the creative on site and ensuring the final experience aligned with the intended design direction.
Environmental signage
Signage was created to help visitors navigate the booth and clarify complex product displays. For Water Filtration Systems and Tech faucets, I developed icons and infographics that communicated key features and differentiators.
product storytelling through video
I art directed a product video in collaboration with an external production team, developing an abstract visual approach to communicate the features and functionality of WasteGuard™ Garbage Disposals. Displayed at the product demo station, the video was an engaging educational touchpoint that helped visitors understand the product’s key benefits.
Marketing Materials
I designed supporting print & digital collateral including a press kit, social media posts, and a product catalog. These materials extended the trade show experience beyond the booth, building awareness around new launches and key product collections.
With a 50K+ follower base, four Instagram posts generated 22K+ organic impressions, with the top-performing post reaching 6.9K without paid support.
the result
With 117K+ attendees across retail, trade, and design audiences, the show provided a high-visibility platform for the brand. The activation generated 9,401 unique leads and facilitated 9+ retailer tours with partners including Wayfair, Walmart, Amazon, and The Home Depot.
